Our Dalston site is the original home and HQ of The Dusty Knuckle Bakery, where we once toiled away at the doughs in a nightmarish 40ft Shipping Container. The bakery, café and baking school are located in this secluded little oasis that’s slap-bang in the heart of Dalston Junction. Plenty of outdoor seats are available.

It’s been a vibe down in the Dalston Yard this summer but we’re wrapping things up on SEPTEMBER THE 20TH before things get too chilly. Come down for a last slice of pizza life, from 5.30pm - 10pm, Thursday to Saturday!

Saturday Pre-Order

Order your bread and pastry for Saturdays and skip the queue. Come to the Milk Float in our yard where your order will be packed and waiting! Pick-up is from 10am to 2pm Saturday at Dalston.
