Dalston

Our Dalston site is the original home and HQ of The Dusty Knuckle Bakery, where we once toiled away at the doughs in a nightmarish 40ft Shipping Container. The bakery, café and baking school are located in this secluded little oasis that’s slap-bang in the heart of Dalston Junction. Plenty of outdoor seats are available.

Join us in the Dalston Yard from 5.30pm - 10pm, every Thursday to Saturday, just for the warm months!

Expect our fresh pizza and starters menu (check it out below), beers from 40FT, Provisions wines, and guaranteed good vibes all summer.

Saturday Pre-Order

Order your bread and pastry for Saturdays and skip the queue. Come to the Milk Float in our yard where your order will be packed and waiting! Pick-up is from 10am to 2pm Saturday at Dalston.
