Team, we’re taking Dusty Dinners outside!
Dusty Dinners are when we open the kitchen up to some of LDN’s hottest chefs for the night. We sit you lot down on long tables, serve you some trendy wines and get the tunes on. It’s a gem of DK.
This summer, for ONE SUNDAY EACH MONTH we’re taking it outside. You’ll be sat on the outside decking amongst the flowers of the yard while the chefs cook at the wood fired oven. Romantic, ay? Call it a Sunday BBQ, a roast, an elite alfresco experience.

To get the party started, we have Charley Samuelson, Head Chef of Dusty Knuckle Dalston, taking the reins and creating some of her fav plates (that aren't DK sarnies!)
It's a really special moment for us to have Charley in creating her own dishes. The brains behind the recent beef & sauerkraut banger, she’s been leading the team at Dalston for over a year - her food is a joyous and delicious experience to eat, made with love.
Charley loves using seasonal produce and Mediterranean fare, largely inspired by her time as Sous Chef at Spring London and at the American Academy in Rome.

STARTERS
- Deviled eggs with gremolata
- Asparagus, radishes and bagna cauda
- Panisse with rosemary salt
- Dusty Knuckle potato sourdough and chilli butter
MAIN
- Grilled mackerel, peppers Piedmontese from the wood oven, green sauce
- Courgettes alla scapece, tofu ricotta and almonds (Vegan option)
SHARING SIDES
- Wedge salad with ranch dressing, chives, sourdough breadcrumbs, eggs mimosa
- Crispy potatoes with green garlic butter
DESSERT
- Peach galette with cold fig leaf custard
