DUSTY DINNERS WITH BLACK AXE MANGAL

Dusty Dinners is back and this one feels like a proper moment.

We’re welcoming the iconic Lee and Kate from BLACK AXE MANGAL into the bakery for a two-night blowout: THURSDAY 21ST & FRIDAY 22ND MAY

Lee is a cult hero among chefs and restaurant industry folk: unapologetically authentic, a maverick chef, a tireless innovator, and (perhaps most importantly) passionate about Kerrygold butter. He is known for not just tearing up the culinary rulebook, but shredding it, roasting it over a hot grill, and serving it up with the occasional sprinkling of edible glitter.

From St. JOHN to Bread & Wine, to launching BLACK AXE MANGAL as a pop-up in Copenhagen before it became a north London institution, Lee has built a reputation for doing things completely his own way. 

Lee & Kate recently closed the doors in Highbury after over a decade of serving up some of the most outrageous, loved and talked-about food in the city. But it’s not the end…
