DUSTY DINNERS WITH HELEN GRAHAM
Queen of the Vegetable Helen G is in the bakery cooking recipes from her brand new cookbook, ‘Centerpiece.’
If you didn’t see Helen’s recipes on Sunday Brunch, Vogue, Guardian or in the Observer when she was covering for Nigel Slater's holiday, you might have eaten her munch during her time as former exec chef at Bubala, Ottolenghi test kitchen, or whilst on the launch teams of The Barbay and The Polamar. Needless to say, Helen knows her sumac.
Her new book ‘Centerpiece’, is a celebration of bold, vibrant veggie plates that put the ingredients center stage. We’re chuffed to have Helen in showing us how it’s done.

💥 Courgette skewers with hot sauce, preserved lemon & fennel seed

Two sittings 6pm - 8.00pm and 8.30pm - 10.30pm
£60 per head (plus Eventbrite booking fee)
