DUSTY DINNERS with IXTA BELFRAGE on FRIDAY 10TH OCTOBER - SOLD OUT!!!
Stop what you’re doing, BIG NEWS
Dusty Dinners are back inside the bakery with a bang as we welcome the incredible IXTA BELFRAGE into the kitchen!
She smashed it at our rooftop fundraiser last year, and we’ve been BIG fan girls of Ixta for a long time. Her new book Fusão is biblical and sitting pretty on the bestseller list.
(For those not in the know, Dusty Dinner’s is when we invite chefs into the bakery to cook just for you guys. We push the tables together, turn up the tunes, get our best booze out and it’s vibes.)
Ixta is going to be knocking up some of her favourite dishes from the book alongside some of the DK team. Think big flavours, exotic fruits, and food so delicious you’ll be licking the plate and asking for seconds in Portuguese.
Fusão is inspired by her mother’s beautiful homeland, Brasil. She worked at the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen for five years and co-authored the New York Times bestselling FLAVOUR with Yotam Ottolenghi.
In 2022, Ixta published her first solo cookbook, MEZCLA, which was nominated for 'Best Debut Cookbook' at the Fortnum & Mason Awards and 'Best International Cookbook' at the James Beard Awards.
