FOLKS…
Dalston Pizza is NOT coming back for 2026, but it's not that deep, promise! We’ve just got a couple of things brewing behind the scenes (eyes emoji) that need the team's full energy, and we're not about over-working the crew.
BUT we know it’s not a Dalston summer without getting sweaty over some slices and an Aperol on the decking so we’re not leaving you hanging)
We’re inviting some of LDN’s fittest pizza chefs down to light up the oven and keep you fed.
First up we have the lovely Ugo and the SHORT ROAD team.
Short Road Pizza kicked off in Leyton, 2020, when founder Ugo began baking pizzas for his neighbours and donating the profits to local food bank Eat or Heat.
Skip a few years and Short Road are now huge players in the LDN pizza game, named the third best pizza in the WORLD by Time Out 2026. Jeez!
These guys are known for serving up crisp, thin-crust pizzas inspired by Ugo's Nonno Gigi, blending Romana classics with NYC flair. (Peace hand emoji) it’s a pleasure to have them in the bakery.
